How to Request Data Deletion from Sekata
Sekata respects your right to data privacy. If you wish to stop using Sekata and want your data completely removed from our systems, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Disconnect Sekata from Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Go to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Scroll down to the Permissions section and click on Business Integrations.
- Find Sekata in the list of active integrations.
- Click Remove to revoke our access to your Meta account.
Step 2: Request Database Deletion To completely wipe your user account, email address, and stored access tokens from the Sekata database:
We will manually purge your record from our database within 48 hours and send you a confirmation email once it is destroyed.
Send an email to [Insert Your Support Email, e.g., support@sekata.ai] from the email address you used to register for Sekata.
Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
